  5. THE FOLDER SYSTEM. There are two main parts:
  6.  
  7.     1) THE FOLDER SYSTEM itself which is a method of keeping your documents
  8.     in WordPerfect in file cabinets, file drawers and, finally, in file
  9.     folders - just like you would do with paper copies of correspondence in
  10.     an office. Files are kept by descriptive name, not short, usually,
  11.     incomprehensible DOS file names like ZIPUGLUP.ZYT. While extensive help
  12.     screens are available, please read the manual.

  14.     2) MAILLIST - a name, organization, address, telephone and FAX number
  15.     database sub-program that will print mailing labels directly on almost
  16.     any dot-matrix printer, and, more importantly, generate MERGE files in
  17.     both the WORDPERFECT merge and the ASCII [","] delimited formats.
  18.     MAILLIST permits multiple lists of almost an indefinite number of
  19.     address records. A variety of options are offered for listing, using
  20.     and culling the records in each database file. While extensive help
  21.     screens are again available, please read the manual accompanies this
  22.     program.

  67.         The WP 6.0 revision will function the same as WP 5.0/5.1 with the
  68. exception of pre-assigned macros. Pre-assigned macros will become effective
  69. only the second time the WP file has been called up from within The Folders
  70. System.

  74.    The shareware manual is contained on the disk in two versions, i.e.
  75.         MANUAL.ASC - Abbreviated ASCII version of manual - will need
  76.         formatting.
  77.         MANUAL.WP5 - WordPerfect 5.1 version - formatted for
  78.         PostScript printer - will need reformatting for other type of
  79.         printer.
